The course will last approximately 30 hours in total, however the exact duration of the course and the timing of the trainings (e.g. each module different day, hour per modules, continuous five-day course, etc.) will be determined once the training needs are identified and the examination of the creativity boost guide is completed.

The overall impact of the course will be to:

  • to train women with low skill qualifications in order to reinforce their creativity;
  • to illustrate to women with innovative ideas how to foster creative thinking;
  • to inspire and encourage women in their local communities;
  • to explore the concept of arts, inspiration imagination and inventiveness and innovative ways on how it could possibly lead to generate income using creative skills;
  • to communicate a sense of responsibility for individual actions;
  • to make women aware about the importance and the impact of their work both on the society and in the development of local communities.

module 01Module 01: Painting

Module 01 will introduce women to a specific kind of art, with which they can also use fantasy and imagination to realize painting, portraits, and others. Women should use this art to create and sell their products

MAIN OBJECTIVEs: 

  • To develop essential practical skills of women in painting
  • To increase the employment and opportunities of low-skilled women by enhancing their painting skills
  • To help women to develop their talent in painting into a profitable occupation and thus generate income
  • To equip women with soft skills developed through their training in painting to support their further social and
  • economic autonomy
  • To learn digital marketing techniques to launch their work

Painting is a means to boost self-esteem and motivates people to reach new levels of skill. The painting also can create a relaxing, open environment where women can feel safe to explore their creativity. This Module seeks to train women to use their talents in painting to create artworks from which they could benefit, either mentally or/and financially. Therefore, this Module includes both painting techniques for women to advance their natural talents for their well-being and primary business and marketing skills to allow them to understand that it is possible to profit from the art they create. 

This Module suggests using material already available at home or with a low cost, considering that unnecessary pressure is unnecessary from valuable women. This Module seeks to motivate women to boost their creativity and make them understand that they can combine it with business endeavors or engage with painting for leisure and pleasure.

module 02Module 02: Handcraft

In this module there are new particular techniques explained in the area of arts and crafts. As there are many products which can be created through different techniques we took into the consideration the content of other modules, the possibilities to do these at home without spending unnecessary resources on materials and also the techniques which we see as quite simple to replicate and turn into a potential income.

MAIN OBJECTIVEs: 

  • Increase the employment and opportunities of low-skilled women through handicrafts.
  • Boost the confidence of women in themselves through creating different handcraft.
  • Show different techniques and inspire the women to create their own.
  • Will know the different types of handicrafts together with different techniques.
  • Will be able to improvise with the materials which are available at home.
  • Will be able to plan the creative process and set personal goals.
  • Will be able to evaluate the product.

Skills and methods learned through this module focus on offering women the to create from the materials available at home, teaching them only basic techniques which they can develop either on their own or following some accessible courses either online or offline. As the techniques are pretty simple and show only the basis for each technique it supports the women to be more creative on their own – solve the potential problems and also learn new digital/technological skills either creating the art and making it viral or following the artists in this area.

module 03Module 03: Cutting/sewing,embroidery

In this module,we want to illustrate a complex art: Tailoring. It’s an art composed of different phases: cutting, sewing, and embroidery. Women will be introduced to this art, and they could use their abilities, tastes, their creativity for making sewn products.Low-skilled women in the art could learn how to make sewn products.The training introduces basic sewing practices and teaches women basic skills.

MAIN OBJECTIVEs: 

  • To develop basic practical skills of women in tailoring
  • Increase the employment and opportunities of low-skilled women through tailoring.

Tailoring will be understood as an activity that can be applied in everyday life, providing additional social and creative benefits. Low-skilled women will significantly increase their opportunities and be able to create works of art from fabrics on their own, in their houses. The acquired knowledge and skills will be able to be both a leisure activity and the main job, increasing income and employment and promoting better self-esteem, confidence, and professionalism.

module 04Module 04: Ceramics

In this module a new and particular art it’s explained, the women could learn how to make ceramics products.The training introduces basic pottery practices and teaches women basic skills.More attention is being paid to practices and methods that are easily adaptable to home conditions, thus enabling more women to get involved and benefit.

  • To develop basic practical skills of women in ceramics.
  • Increase the employment and opportunities of low-skilled women through pottery.

Pottery will be understood as an activity that can be applied in everyday life, providing additional social and creative benefits.
Low-skilled women will significantly increase their opportunities and be able to create works of art from clay on their own. The acquired knowledge and skills will be both a leisure activity and a primary job, increasing income and employment and promoting better self-esteem, confidence, and professionalism.

module 05Module 05: Decorations (jewelry, bags and more)

QuarantinArt Handmade Jewellery will equip and support women with knowledge, key competencies, and tools for improving understanding of skills and creative environments and diversity concepts for people who do not have the luxury to learn how to invest in Jewellery , or with a background that is not so creative friendly, invest time and energy in accepting that more creative life will ensure an increase of resourcefulness and inspiration which even allows women to work professionally in a creative field . The project follows the socio-economic integration of women with fever opportunities to address important aspects of their lives.

  • To develop basic practical skills of women in handmade jewelry and bags.
  • To increase the employment and opportunities of low-skill women by making handmade jewelry and bags

The aim of heart courses that the project proposes is to increase women’s skills in the field of art, allowing them to discover new talents and new passions that can also be the begging of a professional path. Many women may have creative passions that they have not had the time ant the opportunity to develop. These courses will allow them to learn, socialize with others with the same passion, express themselves throw the process, and wear their own creations not only is this therapeutic, but it also increases their self-love and make them feel beautiful and unique as every woman deserves whatever their financial background.
